An estate in three parts
The method is Umbrian — hands, patience, and the conviction that wine is mostly waiting. The temperament is Jetersville, Virginia, where a porch and a long afternoon count as equipment. The wine itself is made in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, two floors above the family table.
